PERSONAL INFORMATION
Click 2 Chat does not collect personally identifiable information without visitors' knowledge. Where visitors do provide such information we will not reveal contact information or use quotations in a public context unless having obtained specific permission first.

USER RESPONSIBILITY
Our registered users are able to edit personal information in their profiles, which are made available to others in the chat room. It is the responsibility of the user to decide on individual content for a profile. We strongly advise users not to place personal email addresses, or contact numbers in their profiles. We reserve the right to edit and remove profiles where innapropriate personal information is displayed.

CHAT ROOM TRANSCRIPTS
We do keep a record of all chat room conversations (transcript). These transcripts will not normally be passed on to a third party outside this organisation, however we reserve the right to do so if appropriate. Transcripts of chatroom conversations are used by Click 2 Chat volunteers when investigating problems and complaints. If a user violates the terms of use and general site rules resulting in a ban from the site Click 2 Chat reserves the right to pass these details including Ip address, email and other such info to other sites maintained by Christian Network and other Christian Chat sites.

SITE STATISTICS
Click 2 Chat does track the number of visitors to our site and retains aggregate statistics about this.

COOKIES
Click 2 Chat occasionally uses cookies as part of the chat room log-on system. These can be turned off by un-checking the click box at the log in area.

THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell or provide personal information to anyone else for any commercial or marketing purpose.

MAILING LIST
Click 2 Chat operates a voluntary subscription mailing list to update subscribers with the latest site news and information. From time to time, our mailing list postings will be sponsored by a Christian company or organisation (no more than one paragraph of text). The system allows subscribers to un-subscribe automatically by clicking a link.

SECURE PAYMENTS
Click 2 Chat uses Worldpay to handle all credit/debit card payments, via secure server. We do not have sight of customer credit/debit card details, neither do we receive card numbers via email. All sensitive credit/debit card information is held by Worldpay. All enquiries relating to this should be addressed directly to Worldpay using the unique reference number provided by Worldpay upon transaction. When a transaction is passed, we receive a username, record of ammount paid, user email address, reference number and registered user details supplied by the customer (relative to the service subscribed to). This information is sent to us by Worldpay.

AGE RESTRICTION
We ask that no one under 18 years of age should provide any information to this or any other site without permission of their parent/carer.
