Click 2 Chat reserves the right to monitor Chat for adherence to this policy and may disclose any content, records or electronic communication, of any kind, including user e-mail (1) to satisfy any law, regulation or authorised governmental request, (2) if such disclosure is necessary to operate Chat or (3) to protect the rights or property of Click 2 Chat, a Click 2 Chat user or the public.
Click 2 Chat reserves the right to prohibit any conduct, communication or content it deems in its discretion to be harmful to individual users or other third-party rights, or to violate any applicable law. Christian Chat reserves the right to bar any user who fails to observe the terms of this policy, and these terms shall terminate immediately without notice from Click 2 Chat if in Click 2 Chat's sole discretion a user fails to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.
Click 2 Chat reserves the right to communicate details about any person who fails to adhere to this terms of use and the chat sites rules and regulations to other partner sites within our network and other Internet Chat sites. This information may inlcude details of IP address, violation, email address, chat transcripts (logs) and any other such information.
You agree to indemnify and hold Click 2 Chat harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these terms and conditions or your violation of any rights of another. Any litigation related to the Chat shall be subject to the jurisdiction British Law with venue lying in Staffordshire, England.
